This furnace is designed to meet all your high-temperature needs, with temperature options of either 1200 or 1400 degrees Celsius, and interior options for chamber sizes of 100x100x100 or 150x150x150 mm.

One of the standout features of this furnace is the built-in highly accurate PID controller that offers a +/- 1 degree accuracy, ensuring that your experiments are carried out with precision. Moreover, the chamber will be within 5 degrees Celsius over the entire temperature range. The set ramp rate and multiple hold and ramp down options allow for customized temperature profiles, making it ideal for various research applications.
Heating and Cooling Rates
The heating rate can be controlled from 0-20 degrees/minute, and cooling is recommended at 10 degrees/minute. This range provides the flexibility to experiment with different heating and cooling rates and adjust the rate according to specific experimental requirements.
Power Ratings and Customization Options
All the muffel furnaces are single-phase 110V, with a rated power of 0.8 kW-1.5KW, depending on the 1200 or 1400 option and size. In addition, PPDS offers a customizable furnace that allows for changes in chamber dimensions and heating up to 1600C.
Included Accessories and Optional Extras
Each laboratory muffel furnace comes with the furnace, manual, high-temperature door block, high-temperature gloves, tongs, and user manual. Optional extras include a can inlet and outlet valve for heating in an inert or oxygen atmosphere.
Ceramic Fiber Heat Insulation Material
The laboratory muffel furnace comes equipped with two layers of ceramic fiber heat insulation material that ensures the outer casing remains safe to touch. This feature provides extra protection to the user and guarantees maximum safety while operating the furnace.
