How long does it take for you to ship out my order after purchase? Most common die sizes are kept in stock at both our US and UK warehouses. We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of purchase, in addition to the standard postal delivery times for your country. You will receive a courier tracking number as soon as your delivery is arranged. All shipments are fully tracked.
Do you offer free delivery? Yes, we offer free shipping for Die Set orders, and also for Load Cell orders shipping to the USA. Shipping details for your location can be found below. Free shipping is available for customers in the United States, Europe, and the UK. For all other international destinations, a shipping fee will apply, based on your location and the weight of your order. Feel free to contact us if you'd like an estimate for shipping costs to your area.
Small Items Shipping: A small delivery fee applies to the shipment of small parts (e.g., Plungers and Spare Spacers).
Heavy Items Shipping: This fee applies to our heavier products (e.g., Hydraulic Presses or Cold Isostatic Presses). Due to their weight, a flat shipping fee of USD 150 is added for worldwide delivery. You will see this fee reflected at checkout. Please note that our Hydraulic Presses are shipped directly from China to the customer. Any applicable taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.
USA Shipping
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx from Michigan.
We can also ship your order using a courier service of your choice; however, this may incur additional charges. We offer free shipping on all Die Set orders, according to the table below.

Rest of Worldwide Shipping
Shipping costs to the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout or added to your quotation. In most cases, our products are shipped internationally from Northern Ireland, UK.

Customs charges may apply when shipping outside of the US or Europe and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returning items
Can I return my standard die set? It depends. For safety reasons, used die sets cannot be returned. However, if the die set is unused, still in its original packaging, and the barcode is intact on the outside, it can be returned either for a full refund or an exchange for another product.
Can I return my custom die set? Custom die sets are only returnable in the event of a manufacturing defect—for example, if the parts do not fit together (although this is thoroughly checked before dispatch). We’re happy to provide a quote for additional parts if needed. Please note that custom die sets cannot be returned for modification, as they undergo heat treatment. In most cases, if a design change is required, it is more cost-effective to produce a new set.
Warranty on custom or standard die sets: We offer a warranty on both custom and standard die sets in the case of defects in manufacturing or materials. If your die set breaks, please email us a photo along with the pressing conditions, applied force, and any other relevant details so we can assist you promptly.
