Do you make custom dies? Yes we do, just complete the quotation form with your requirements. Custom dies take a fair amount of machine time and man hours however we try to keep them as cost effective as possible. Custom dies start at around $400 USD and lead time is around 5-6 weeks. You can also send us your own design / CAD drawing or sketch on a napkin.
Do you sell spares? Sure, just complete the custom quotation form with your needs.
How long does it take for you to ship out after purchase? Most of the common die sizes are in stock in both our US and UK warehouses and we aim to have shipped out within 24-48 hours.
Free Shipping USA & Canada: Shipping is offered free across the USA and Canada under 30lbs (15kgs) weight. In the USA this typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive and is a tracked service. In Canada times vary pending on your local postal service. You will receive the tracking number automatically by email once your order has shipped.
Expedited delivery: Faster delivery options are available. Below are some indicative prices. To get the cost for your package and location, just add your address at check out and select the shipping option you want to check.
- USA FedEx 2 day delivery: typically $25-$40 USD depending on weight.
- USA FedEx Overnight Delivery: typically $65-$85 USD depending on weight.
- Canada FedEx International Priority: typically $25-$40 depending on weight.
Rest of Worldwide Shipping: Shipping costs to the rest of the World, will be calculated at check-out. Please be aware that delivery times and tracking information vary for each country. Customs charges may apply if shipping outside of the US or Europe and are payable by the buyer. For our standard postal options your package will be transferred to a local carrier within your country and lead times and tracking information will vary pending on this local company. Alternately we can offer a courier service for faster shipping methods or heavier items who provide a good door to door service to most countries globally. Please request when asking for a quotation.
Do you offer discounts for students or Universities? The majority of our business is direct to researchers so we have made our prices very competitive so that all of our customers can enjoy these good rates. For this reason, we do not offer any additional discount.
What payment options do you provide? The quickest way to get your item is to buy through the website – the order is automatically picked up in our system and in stock items ships out asap. We can accept purchase orders for established universities and companies and are happy to work with your institutes payment systems if required (although please note we are a small company so would prefer pre-payment via our website for small or one-off orders). We have flexible payment options and can give you a quotation in any of the following currencies (USD $, CAD $, GBP £, EUROS € AUD $). Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (sorry we do not accept payment with checks).
