So you have a quote and would like to proceed with the order?
Simply reply to us by email with your quote number to let us know you would like to proceed. We will convert your quote into an invoice and email it back to you. The invoice will include a secure link to pay via credit card, as well as our bank details if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.
Note: We cannot accept credit card payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be entered into our system and processed immediately.
If you experience any issues making a payment, please email us at info@pelletpressdiesets.com and we will get back to you right away.
Do you offer discounts for students or universities? The majority of our business is directed toward researchers, so we keep our prices very competitive so that all of our customers enjoy the best possible rates. For this reason, we do not offer additional discounts.
Do you make custom dies? Yes, we do! Simply complete our custom quotation form with your requirements. While custom dies require dedicated machining time and labor, we make every effort to keep them as cost-effective as possible. Custom dies start at approximately $350 USD with a lead time of around 6–7 weeks. You are welcome to submit your own design, CAD drawing, or even a simple sketch.
Do you sell spare parts? Yes. You can complete our custom quotation form with your specific needs. We also sell spare plungers and spacers directly on our website (note: spare parts exclude free shipping).
