How long does it take for you to ship out my order after purchase? We keep our most popular die sizes in stock at both our US and UK warehouses. We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of purchase, plus standard postal delivery times for your country. Once your order is arranged, you will receive a courier tracking number. All shipments are fully tracked from door to door.
Do you offer free delivery? Yes, we offer free shipping for Die Set orders, as well as for Load Cell orders shipping to the USA. Shipping details for your location can be found below. Free shipping is available for customers in the United States, Europe, and the UK. For all other international destinations, a shipping fee will apply based on your location and the weight of your order. Feel free to contact us if you would like an estimate for shipping costs to your area.
Specific Product Shipping Information
Custom Die Sets: Shipping within the USA is included in your custom quote. For international custom orders outside the US, please reach out to our team so we can provide an accurate delivery price.
Small Items: A small delivery fee applies to the shipment of small parts (e.g., spare Plungers and Spacers).
Heavy Items: This fee applies to our heavier products (e.g., Hydraulic Presses or Cold Isostatic Presses). Due to their weight, a flat shipping fee of $150 USD is added for worldwide delivery, which will be reflected at checkout.
(Please note: Our D-frame and C-frame presses are shipped from within the United States. Our other Hydraulic Presses are shipped directly from China to the customer, and any applicable taxes or customs duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.)
USA Shipping
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx from Michigan and/or Texas. We offer free shipping on all Die Set orders, according to the table below. We can also ship your order using a courier service of your choice; however, this may incur additional charges.

We offer free shipping to Europe for Die Sets, shipped directly from Northern Ireland, UK. Our free courier service is typically handled by GLS, with delivery times varying depending on your location (please refer to the table below for more details). We offer free shipping to the UK and Ireland for Die Sets. Our products are shipped from Northern Ireland, UK, and our standard free courier service is typically Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service. Pricing and transit time details can be found in the table below.

Rest of World Shipping
Shipping costs for destinations outside our standard regions are calculated at checkout or included in your quotation. In most cases, international products are shipped from Northern Ireland, UK.
- Tracking & Delivery: Delivery times and tracking details may vary depending on the destination country.
- Customs & Duties: Customs charges, import duties, or taxes may apply when shipping outside the US or Europe and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my standard die set? It depends. For safety reasons, used die sets cannot be returned. However, if the die set is unused, still in its original packaging, and the barcode seal is intact, it can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product.
Can I return my custom die set? Custom die sets are only returnable in the event of a manufacturing defect, for example, if the parts do not fit together (though this is thoroughly checked before dispatch). We are happy to provide a quote for additional parts if needed. Please note that custom die sets cannot be returned for modification once manufactured, as they undergo heat treatment. In most cases, if a design change is required, it is more cost-effective to produce a new set.
Warranty on Custom and Standard Die Sets: We offer a warranty on both custom and standard die sets covering defects in manufacturing or materials. If your die set breaks or fails, please email us a photo along with details of your pressing conditions, applied force, and any other relevant information so we can assist you promptly.
