Our easy-to-use heater band fits seamlessly over the outside of the die sleeve. Designed with an open top and base, it allows you to easily press pellets at temperatures up to 200°C.

- Standard Compatibility: Fits 45 mm OD dies (standard for die sets up to 25 mm ID). Compatible with any of our standard or custom 45 mm outer diameter 440C stainless steel pellet dies.

Important Notes:
- Die Compatibility: Use with our Stainless Steel Die Sets only. Die sets are sold separately, please ensure you select the stainless option!
- Custom Die Orders: If you are ordering a custom die set, let us know it will be used for heated applications. We can add a dedicated thermocouple hole to position the sensor closer to your sample for even more accurate temperature readings.
- Safety Warning: Do not use this heater band with D2 or tool steel dies, as heating will reverse the annealing process and compromise the steel's hardness.
